Who you're dealing with

Local-first hiring
We post the role on MyCareersFuture, screen applicants against your requirements and present suitable Singaporean and PR candidates from our database, with particular depth in accounting, finance and admin roles. Where no local candidate meets the requirements, we support the Employment Pass application, with the fair-consideration record already complete.
Post and screen
We draft the MyCareersFuture ad from your input, receive applications, screen against the stated criteria and keep the applicant log MOM expects.
Present local candidates
A shortlist with notes, and the interview slots arranged. You interview and decide; we keep the fair-hiring record.
EP only if needed
If no local meets the requirements after the 14-day window, we file the Employment Pass, with the job posting ID and record ready.

Payroll & CPF, once the pass is approved
Most employers who bring in an EP holder also need someone to run payroll properly. Our group's TallyPrime practice (Orson Automation) does it monthly, so the pass and the payroll are handled by one team that already knows the file.
Monthly payroll run
Salary, allowances, overtime, CPF employer and employee contributions by age band, SDL, and foreign worker levy for WP/S Pass staff. Payslips issued as the Employment Act requires.
Statutory filings
CPF and SDL e-submission each month, IR8A/Appendix 8A via AIS every March, and IR21 tax clearance when a foreign employee leaves — the step most SMEs miss.
